graston technique
Graston Technique Therapy is an instrument-assisted manual therapy that helps decrease scar tissue, increases blood circulation, and reduces inflammation, leading to pain reduction and improved mobility.
It is a valuable option for individuals suffering from conditions like tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, neck/shoulder strain, back spasms, sciatic pain, arthritis in hands and knees, C-section scar reduction, and overall stiffness!
Gliding Cupping
At Nucleus, we take a different approach to traditional cupping therapy by practicing Gliding Cupping therapy.
We love pairing this with the Graston Technique and stretching because, after the muscle has been “scraped” and stretched, the cupping lifts the skin and optimizes tissue mobility throughout the area.
This can cause further petechiae (red/purple bruises commonly caused by Graston and cupping) which normally lasts from 1-6 days.
This does not target accupressure points .
Therapeutic stretching
Sometimes your body needs a deep stretch to help ease through underlying body tension, muscle stiffness, and overload caused by high intense activities.
We provide 25 minute stretch sessions 1-on-1 with guided breath work to relax the Nervous System and reach peak stretch for the whole body.
Compression boot therapy
Using rhythmic air compression, these boots apply controlled pressure to the legs to promote circulation, reduce feelings of heaviness, and support post-exercise recovery. This relaxing, non-invasive therapy is ideal for active individuals, people who spend long hours on their feet, or anyone looking to enhance their recovery routine.
We offer 30-minute sessions that can be enjoyed on their own or added to your existing Graston/Stretch session.
